Volunteers needed

Parkinson's Victoria is always interested in generous people willing to donate their time, energy and skills. We have a list of activities through out the year ranging from those odd jobs around the office to rattling a tin at a City Loop station to helping out during awareness week.

Do you have some time to spare in your busy day ?
Do you have skills we could utilize ?
Are you able to help with any of these activities ?

  • Administration;
  • Photocopying and collating
  • Provide print and copy support to staff when necessary
  • Photocopy and despatch Parkinson's Information Packs
  • Collating and dispatching New Member Packs
  • Record and update member information
  • Reorder external brochures for Information Packs
  • Copy Parkinson's Victoria video tapes for sale
  • Collating material for our newsletter mail outs Client Services;
  • Create Client Services Officer Information Kits for each education session and keep stocked
  • Weekly academic/research transcript scan to create up to date resource files
  • Promotions and brochure distribution
  • Creating Parkinson's Victoria workshop bags
  • Assist with major seminar preparation and be a resource person on the day
  • Fundraising Activities; Rattling a tin at a City Loop Station
  • Logistics and coordination in regards to large fundraising events.
